Our relationship with fear is often at the heart of our challenges with anxiety and self-growth. At Transcend Anxiety, we help our clients create a new and healthy relationship with their respective fears. In order to do so, our clinical team specializes in a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you learn new ways of thinking and doing alongside other modalities such as Mindfulness, Meditation, Self-Compassion and Somatic work to help you create new ways of being.
We like to think of our practice as a beautiful fusion between eastern and western healing practices and principals. We combine the wisdom and softness of the east with Mindfulness and Compassion work along side western modalities such as Exposure Therapy. In this way we help our clients overcome their fears in a very healing way. Allowing them to then transcend beyond them and into their more authentic self.
